This is the Ambiance personal service you love in-store done remotely—but still just for you. We work with you to help get you the wardrobe update you crave with the style you deserve.

HERE’S WHAT TO EXPECT:

• No minimum order, no service fees, no future commitment
• Free shipping if your package is $150+, 48 States, Alaska and Hawaii $20 flat rate
• Your package will contain what’s best for YOU, created with your budget, style and needs in mind by one of our talented stylists based on your customer profile*
• You can set up your delivery to arrive as often as you like—and change the frequency any time
• You’ll be charged up front for your package but anything that doesn’t work for you can be returned for a full refund.

WHAT IF YOU DON’T LOVE EVERYTHING? NO PROBLEM, NO HASSLES!

• You have 20 days to do any returns.
• Returned items must be unworn with labels still attached.
• Your credit card will be refunded within 2 business days from when we receive your returned items with the exception of the original shipping charge (if you had one) which will not be refunded.
• If items are not returned within 20 days, we can only issue store credit.
• Your return shipping is free if you keep 2 of the items from your package, otherwise it is an $10 flat fee.
