Updated Return Policy (for purchases made after 1/24/2024)

What if you do not love everything you've taken home?
Not to worry! You have the following options to return your purchase:

• Exchange the item(s)
• Store credit that never expires
• A full refund

Returns must be made within 14 days from the date the items were delivered. 

Condition of items:
• Apparel item(s) must be unworn with all original tags attached
• Any packaging on non-apparel items must be intact
• Intimates and beauty items marked “not returnable” are not eligible for refund or exchange

Your return options:
• For online returns/exchanges please visit our returns portal
• Ship the item(s) back to us (customer pays their own shipping costs)
• Bring the item(s) with your original receipt to our Irving storefront

You must present your original receipt to be issued an in-store refund. Without it, you may only choose between a store credit or an exchange. For online exchanges, please visit our returns portal so we can check availability of desired product.

NOTE: All Online Sale item(s) are final and therefore not eligible for a return.

You may request a return label from us by visiting our returns portal.  Free & easy returns are offered during checkout for $2.98.  If the customer chooses to remove this option from their purchase then they must cover their own return shipping fees.

NOTE: If you choose to pay the shipping cost yourself and not request a return label from us, then no fee will be deducted from your return. There is no fee to return online purchases in person to our Irving storefront.

For In-Store Returns:
- The clothing must be unworn, with original tags attached
- You must present the original receipt. Without it, you may only choose between a store credit or an exchange.
- For a full refund, you have 7 days from the purchase date to return the items (this policy will be strictly enforced)
- Credit card refunds will be processed to the original card used
- Refunds are processed within 2 business days from our receipt of your return
- All returns after 7 days will only be eligible for store credit or exchange
- For store credit or exchange, you have 14 days from the purchase date to return the item(s)
